Artificial Intelligence in Bibliometrics and Bibliography: The Case of Personalized Education

8

Abstract

Modern educational research needs tools capable of processing large amounts of scientific information and identifying meaningful patterns in the development of topics. This paper presents the experience of using digital platforms Elicit.com, Typeset.io and Connected Papers, which use artificial intelligence algorithms for automated search, structuring and visualization of scientific data. The object of analysis were publications reflecting trends in personalized learning and its technological support. With the help of the selected tools it was possible not only to outline the key content areas, but also to discover hidden interrelationships between studies, to identify the core of the scientific field and its promising areas of development. Of particular interest are the underdeveloped but gaining relevance topics related to ethical aspects of personalization, cross-cultural differences, and the application of generative AI in educational environments. The results obtained confirm the effectiveness of AI-based platforms as a tool for in-depth analysis and planning of scientific and applied activities in the field of educational innovation.
