The Concept of ‘Inclusive Social Elevator’ in Russian Education

Abstract

The article describes the model of inclusive Elevator in the paradigm of vertical social mobility, involving the promotion of a child with disabilities on the trajectory: family — preschool — school — college — university — organization/enterprise. The basis of such progress is the technology of support. The main problem of inefficiency of inclusive Elevator today is the lack of mechanisms of transition of the subject from one level to another. In order to develop an effective model, the existing experience is considered, the results of an expert survey (n = 20) conducted in Novosibirsk are presented. The problems arising from mobility and possibilities of successful implementation are analyzed. The idea of the program of support of inclusive Elevator on the basis of Resource training centers for the training of disabled people in higher education.
