Родительские стратегии в использовании детьми цифровых технологий

В статье представлен обзор исследований, связанных с отношением родителей к использованию цифровых технологий маленькими детьми. Приводятся данные, показывающие возрастание интенсивности и существенное снижение возраста использования мобильных устройств, в том числе смартфонов и планшетов. Показано, что новые технологии существенно меняют отношения детей и родителей. Выделяются и описываются варианты родительского посредничества (медиации) в процессе использования цифровых технологий: ограничительное, активное, совместное использование и др. В заключительной части статьи приведены рекомендации Американской академии педиатрии по использованию медиа маленькими детьми. Подчеркивается необходимость создания Комментария к Конвенции ООН, позволяющего защищать права детей на доступ, защиту и пользование новыми цифровыми ресурсами в эпоху быстрых технологических изменений.
