Психологическое здоровье, компетенции и готовность к переходу на дистанционное обучение у учителей в ОАЭ

Эпидемия коронавируса, охватившая весь мир, повлияла на очень многие сферы жизни. Огромные изменения произошли вследствие пандемии и в сфере образования. Вынужденный переход на дистанционное обучение стал настоящим вызовом для педагогов, которым необходимо было в сжатые сроки освоить онлайн-платформы для преподавания и оценивания. Данная работа посвящена изучению: 1) восприятия педагогами в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах (ОАЭ) собственных компетенций и готовности к онлайн-обучению; 2) психологического состояния педагогов в период пандемии; 3) взаимосвязи психологического состояния педагогов и их восприятия собственных компетенций. Для этих целей мы разработали специальный опросник учительской компетентности (Teachers’ Competency Measurement Scale, TCMS). Качественные данные были получены от 232 педагогов, работающих в системе полного среднего образования (K-12) в ОАЭ. Результаты свидетельствуют, что большинство педагогов ощущают себя уверенно и готовы к переходу в цифровую образовательную среду. Корреляционный анализ показал, что чем позитивнее учителя относятся к собственной компетентности, тем меньше у них негативных переживаний в связи с пандемией и переходом на онлайн-обучение
