Мотивационно-личностная сфера матерей, имеющих детей с аутизмом: Северная Америка и Западная Европа

Аннотация

За последнее десятилетие в станах Северной Америки и Западной Европы наблюдается стремительное увеличение числа детей в возрасте до трех лет, которым был поставлен диагноз «аутизм» или «расстройства аутистического спектра». При этом исследователи отмечают резкое ухудшение психологического и соматического здоровья у матерей детей-аутистов, заключающееся в развитии у них высокого уровня стресса, депрессивных и тревожных расстройств, эмоционального выгорания. Представлен обзор научных диссертаций и статей, изданных в странах Северной Америки (США и Канада) и Западной Европы (Великобритания, Нидерланды, Швеция и др.) за последние 15 лет и посвященных изучению специфических особенностей психического состояния матерей, детям которых поставлен диагноз «расстройства аутистического спектра (аутизм)». Выделен ряд факторов, способствующих развитию негативного эмоционального состояния матерей, и компенсаторные ресурсы, помогающие им справиться с данным состоянием.

Рождение ребенка с каким-либо отклонением в развитии (аутизмом, интеллектуальными нарушениями и т.д.) полностью меняет устоявшийся уклад семьииоказывает непосредственное влияние на психологическое состояние и здоровье родителей [2; 6; 10; 24; 28]. В ходе многочисленных исследований было установлено, что для матерей детей с различными отклонениями в развитии по сравнению с матерями нормально развивающихся детей характерны высокий уровень стресса, депрессии, тревожности, эмоционального выгорания и низкая самооценка. Они часто испытывают чувства гнева, вины, разочарования, обиды, отчаяния, беспомощности, жалости к себе[5; 6; 7; 9; 12; 18; 26]. Наибольшая выраженность этих психических состояний отмечается у матерей детей с РАС по сравнению с матерями детей с интеллектуальныминарушениями (ЗПР, умственная отсталость), поведенческими нарушениями (СДВГ) и  генетическими нарушениями (синдром Дауна; синдром ломкой хромосомы х) или с хроническими заболеваниями (порок сердца, кистозный синдром) [2; 3; 6; 9; 27;  29;  31].
