Integration of Cultural, Scientific and Practical Resources of Personal and Professional Development of a Teacher in the Era of Intellectual Technologies

Abstract

The article presents a scientific analysis of the results of the XX anniversary international scientific and practical conference “Education in the era of intelligent technologies: psychological resources for teacher development”, held within the framework of the Decade of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation. The conference was held on July 2-3, 2024 on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal Scientific Center for Psychological and Interdisciplinary Research”. The tasks and directions of integration of culture, science and technology as a resource for the development of education, as well as problems and prospects for the development of professional activity of a teacher in the world of artificial intelligence and digital educational space are discussed. Innovative approaches and practices of teacher training are analyzed. The key role of the teacher in ensuring continuity in the personal and professional development of subjects of continuing education (school-college-university), as well as polysubject interactions in the system: teacher-student-parent-psychologist is substantiated.
