Поддержание социально-эмоциональной компетентности учителей: систематический обзор стратегий реализации и закрепления
Резюме
Социально-эмоциональная компетентность (СЭК) – это умение педагогов управлять своими эмоциями, сохранять психологическую устойчивость и налаживать хорошие отношения с учениками, коллегами и руководством школы. Учителя с высоким уровнем СЭК обычно чувствуют себя лучше, создают в классах более поддерживающую атмосферу и лучше мотивируют и помогают своим ученикам достигать успехов. Хотя все больше внимания уделяется развитию СЭК, остаются важные вопросы: как разные группы людей по-разному достигают результатов, какие стратегии работы наиболее эффективны и какие сложности связаны с организацией работы в школах. В данном систематическом обзоре, который проведен в соответствии с руководящими принципами PRISMA, проанализировано 1519 исследований, опубликованных с 2012 по 2024 годы. В результате было выбрано 16 статей, соответствующих требованиям. Исследования показывают, что программы по развитию социально-эмоциональной компетентности помогают учителям лучше управлять эмоциями, быть более внимательными и чувствовать себя психологически более устойчивыми. Эти плюсы отмечаются независимо от пола, опыта работы или культурного фона учителей. Но для того, чтобы эти преимущества сохранялись надолго, нужны школа с благоприятной атмосферой, сильное руководство, постоянное обучение и достаточные ресурсы. Проблемы при внедрении программ, такие как нехватка времени, расхождение с первоначальной задумкой и разный уровень готовности учителей, показывают, что нужны гибкие и адаптируемые подходы, учитывающие особенности каждой школы или класса. В этом обзоре собраны рекомендации, основанные на исследованиях, как правильно разрабатывать, внедрять и сохранять эффективность программ по развитию СЭК в разных учебных заведениях.
