Когнитивные нарушения у пациентов с патологическим влечением к азартным играм

Аннотация

Приводится обзор литературы по когнитивным нарушениям у пациентов с патологическим влечением к азартным играм (ПВАИ). Рассматриваются следующие группы нарушений: дефициты исполнительных функций; импульсивное и рискованное принятие решений; когнитивные искажения, связанные с гэмблингом, и «ошибки мышления» в когнитивно- поведенческой психотерапии. Обзор проводится с позиций значимости нарушений для психотерапевтической коррекции и разработки максимально дифференцированных психотерапевтических воздействий при лечении ПВАИ.

Систематический обзор 69 исследований увлечения азартными играми, проводившихся с 2000 по 2015 гг. (общая выборка — N=422852), показал, что большинство людей на каком-то этапе своей жизни участвовали в азартных играх; число игроков превышает число воздерживающихся от игры, а распространенность патологического влечения к азартным играм (ПВАИ) в мире значительно варьируется: от 0,7% в Дании до 6,5% в Эстонии. С 1980 гг. ПВАИ рассматривалось как психическое заболевание и долгое время классифицировалось как расстройство привычек и влечений.
