Адаптация русскоязычной версии Шкалы личностной тревожности (STAI-T) на выборке студентов вузов

Представлены результаты анализа психометрических свойств русскоязычной версии Шкалы личностной тревожности (STAI-T) на масштабной выборке студентов вузов Российской Федерации. Личностная тревожность отражает предрасположенность к чрезмерному проявлению тревоги в отношении широкого круга событий, восприятие их как потенциально опасных, что приводит к трудностям адаптационного характера, в том числе на этапе перехода в систему высшего образования. Уровень проявления тревожности традиционно измеряется с помощью Шкалы личностной и ситуативной тревожности, русскоязычная версия которой адаптирована Ю. Л. Ханиным в 1976 г., что актуализирует необходимость повторной адаптации с участием современных молодых людей. В исследовании приняли участие 4199 студентов (М = 18,53, SD = 0,86, 57 % девушек) первого курса российских вузов. Эксплораторный и конфирматорный факторный анализ подтвердили наличие двухфакторной структуры опросника: первую субшкалу составили утверждения, измеряющие явные признаки проявления тревожности (12 утверждений), вторую — утверждения с косвенными признаками (7 утверждений). Показано, что итоговая модель обладает высокими индексами качества, а также конфигуральной, метрической и скалярной гендерной инвариантностью, оцененной при помощи структурного моделирования. Общая шкала личностной тревожности, как и выделенные субшкалы, демонстрируют высокую внутреннюю согласованность и высокую внешнюю валидность. Выявлено, что студенты российских вузов в среднем демонстрируют умеренно выраженную личностную тревожность с более высоким средним значением у девушек. Делается вывод, что русскоязычная версия Шкалы личностной тревожности (STAI-T) обладает высокими психометрическими свойствами и может быть использована для диагностики личностной тревожности студентов вузов. На основе популяционных данных выведены пороговые значения интегрированного показателя личностной тревожности. Показанные в исследовании высокие психометрические свойства и обозначенные пороговые значения уровней проявления обеспечивают научно обоснованное применение Шкалы личностной тревожности при организации в вузе психологической помощи современным молодым людям.
